SELF-PRICING GUIDE

Please remember: We sell the frames only!!!

1. Start with the layout you desire and measure the linear feet.  Add the total linear feet and enter the value to the equation here to compute the costs.

NOTE:  Standard frame size is approximately 36” high x 25” deep

2. Determine the framing requirements for the surface as well as the face of the frame.  Surface frame openings include openings for grills, griddles, burners, etc.  Do not include the sink opening, as there is no extra charge for that.  Face frame openings include openings for doors, drawers, refrigerators, etc.  Add these values to the equation here to compute the costs.

The example frame seen in the above images is shown in a completed state on the next page. This customer saved a lot of money by hiring individual contractors to complete the project. In this example, the customer had stucco applied to the cement board. Popular choices include stucco, tile, or stacked stone. The stainless-steel doors and griddle were purchased from BBQGuys.com. The granite was purchased from a local granite company, complete with templating and installation.

The frames we sell can be purchased with or without a cement board.

The outdoor kitchen will need to be completed by others.

Here is the frame above in its completed state!
This is shown for reference only, as we DO NOT complete the kitchens.
